Understanding
Biblical Truth
The following is not intended to cause hurt,
isolation, or separation in or among the people of God. It is solely for the purpose of sharing the
differences between philosophies.
It is not intended to cause anyone to divert from
their present religious beliefs, but rather show them the biblical principals
so that they may have the ability to make an informed decision as to what they
will hold as truth.
May the God of Heaven and Earth bless and keep
you in His loving arms of safety and bring you peace.

Why
is it so important to understand the difference between the ideals of the
Remnant Church and the those of the Universal Church? Is the understanding of these principals
necessary to be saved? Will their
knowledge save an individual? What, if
any, reason exists for a person to study these differences?
We
see above that one form leads to understanding, and the other leads to the
confusion. Christ, in His holy word
stated, in Luke 8:17 & 18 – For nothing is
secret, that shall not be made manifest; neither anything hid, that shall not
be known and come abroad. Take heed
therefore how ye hear: for whosoever
hath, to him shall be given; and whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken
even that which he seemeth to have.
Therefore,
Christ is saying that He does not intend that His people remain ignorant, in
fact, He states that those who choose to remain ignorant will not be his
children. So, understanding the
difference between the Remnant Biblical Ideals and the Universal Precepts can
direct a person to biblical truth versus religious fiction. This understanding of truth creates in a
person’s mind the true Character of God, versus a fictitious character of a
false god, or a pagan god. So why is
this important?
Since
those who will not go to heaven will be those who do not want to go to heaven,
this understanding can be immense.
Christ gives each person the option for heaven or death. He grants free will, we find evidence for this
in Deuteronomy 30:19 – I call heaven and earth
to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death,
blessing and cursing: Therefore choose
life, that thou and thy seed may live.
Therefore,
it is up to the individual if he or she chooses to be saved. So, we must protect our minds against
anything that might alter our willingness to be saved. So, it is of paramount importance that we
believe those things that lead us to salvation, and therefore, avoid the
pitfalls that lead us away from salvation, mainly confusion, for who
want to follow a god of confusion.
So,
salvation does not come from the understanding of these principles, but the
rejection of salvation can be derived from a misunderstanding of them, because
this confusion leads one not to love God, and therefore, not to want to be with
Him in heaven. So, to keep God’s word is
a state of mind to long to be with Him, and sinful nature is one that wishes
to exclude Him.
Conclusion:
Knowledge
of God is not a path to salvation, for Jesus warned us against this ideal in James 2:19 – Thou believeth that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. So, Christ
clearly states that there is no salvation thru knowledge, but that thru a false
understandings, one can receive a perverse picture of God’s character, which
will lead them to reject a god that they do not love, but rather hate. This is why Christ explained the attitude
that one must obtain before truly understanding God, we find this in Mathew 18:3 – Assuredly
I say unto you, unless you change and become like little children, you will by
no means enter the kingdom of heaven.
Our Savior is clear saying that unless we receive His Character
like little children, in other words, without preconceived conditions, we can
not enter into heaven. Why? Because we would not want to be there.
Our
perception of Christ’s character will determine whether or not we will fall in
love with our Savior. If we fall in love
with Him, we will want to please Him. If
we do not fall in love with Christ, we will only want to please ourselves. Therefore, one who truly strives for obedience
to his lover or our Savior is not keeping God’s word for salvation, but
rather as a means of refection of their love to Him. Jesus, the Christ states in John 14:15 – If you
love me keep my Commandments.
Therefore,
to enter into heaven, one must enter into love with Christ. Satan lays many diverse pitfalls against
those who seek for their Savior. Satan’s
greatest pitfall against God’s children is to detour their longing for Him, by
causing them to dislike His character and His word, thru confusion and
selfishness. I Corinthians 14:33 –
For God is not the author of confusion, but of
peace, as in all churches of the saints. Let us seek truth so that we may have
a true relationship with our God and Savior, thereby, falling in love with the
true Him, and not and not a false or pagan god.
Shalom.
